Thank you for choosing Luxury Bundle. Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon payment, we operate a clear, simple refund policy.

1. Standard Policy: No Refunds Once Delivered

Once your purchase is successfully completed and the download link is sent to your email, the sale is considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for digital products that have already been delivered. This is consistent with Indian e-commerce norms for digital goods.

The “1-click delivery” nature of digital products means we cannot recover or “return” the file once it has been downloaded.

2. Exceptions Where We Will Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

  • Duplicate purchase — if our system charged you twice for the same order, we’ll refund the duplicate transaction within 7 working days.
  • Failed delivery — if you completed a payment but never received the download link and our team is unable to resend it within 5 working days.
  • Demonstrably defective file — if the file is corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 7 working days of your report.

3. Cancellations

Because delivery is instant, you cannot “cancel” an order after payment is completed. If you change your mind before completing checkout, simply close the page — no order is created until payment is confirmed.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact our support team before initiating a bank chargeback or payment dispute. Most refund-eligible issues can be resolved within 48 hours. Unjustified chargebacks may result in the suspension of access to the digital product and may be reported to our payment processor.

5. How to Request a Refund (When Eligible)

To request a refund under one of the exceptions above:

  • Contact us via the Contact page within 7 days of purchase
  • Include: your order number, the email used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue
  • Attach a screenshot if helpful (e.g. duplicate-charge bank statement, error message)

We will respond within 2 working days and complete approved refunds within 7 working days via the original payment method.

6. Educational Outcome Disclaimer

Refunds are not available based on the outcomes you do or do not personally achieve from our educational products. Outcomes depend on individual effort, time invested and personal circumstances. We do not promise or guarantee any specific income, employment or career result.
